Daily Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Guangzhou

Arrival at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport → Transfer to hotel → Rest. Overnight in Guangzhou.

Day 2

Canton Fair Visit

Breakfast → Hotel shuttle to Canton Fair → Self-managed fair visit → Return by shuttle. Overnight stay.

Day 3

Canton Fair Visit

Same schedule as Day 2. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4

Canton Fair + Pearl River Cruise

Breakfast → Fair visit → Evening Pearl River Cruise. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 5

Free Day & Departure

Breakfast → Free time (personal meetings/shopping). Late-night hotel checkout (~23:30) → Airport drop.

Day 6

Return to Dhaka

Early morning departure.

Terms & Conditions

1. If any traveler is stopped by Immigration and unable to travel, the entire package cost will be non-refundable, as cancellations or refunds are not possible at the last moment.

2. Immigration formalities must be completed individually by each traveler. Approval or refusal to travel rests solely with Immigration authorities, and Discover Holidays Ltd. holds no liability in this regard.

3. Visa fees and processing charges are strictly non-refundable once applied. Visa approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy.

4. The quoted rates exclude any Government VAT, TAX, or AIT.

5. Discover Holidays Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or additional expenses incurred due to political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or health pandemics.

6. The package price is based on the current exchange rate. Any major fluctuation in exchange rates may affect the final cost.

7. Once the official work order is submitted and full packages confirmed if any group member cancels, the full quoted price for the canceled member(s) must be borne by the group.

8. If the number of travelers increases or decreases, the price will be subject to change.

9. An official work order is mandatory to confirm the package booking. After submission of the work order, no cancellation (individual or group) will be accepted. The exact group size must be clearly mentioned in the work order.

10. Land package cancellation within 15 days of departure will incur 100% charges.

11. Once tickets are issued, date change/cancellation/refund charges will apply as per respective airline rules and regulations.

12. Hotel Check-in Time: 02:00 PM | Check-out Time: 12:00 PM.

Important Remarks

Note: No rooms or flights are booked, price may increase due to dollar fluctuation, flights tickets may change due to seat availability. Tax vat applicable in Bangladesh is not included.
